The homeowner purchased the residence and completed an extensive remodel, highlighted by a custom-designed home theater featuring a TV area with a rounded face and elegant fluted columns. A dry bar was seamlessly integrated into the space, complete with an under-counter refrigerator and wine cooler, creating the perfect setting for entertaining. Both the theater and bar areas are enhanced with remote-controlled LED lighting, adding convenience, ambiance, and a modern touch to the overall design.
An outdoor entertainment area was thoughtfully designed around a custom TV feature, incorporating rich granite surfaces, warm cedar, and refined brass accents for a high-end, cohesive look. The ceiling above was built to mirror the woodwork of the TV unit, creating a seamless and polished finish. To carry that design inside, two custom dining table bases were crafted using the same materials, tying the indoor and outdoor spaces together with consistent craftsmanship and style.
A custom TV unit was designed for the sitting area just off the kitchen, creating a functional yet eye-catching focal point that ties seamlessly into the surrounding space. The unit features three independent, remote-controlled LED lighting zones, allowing for adjustable ambiance and added visual depth. Topping off the design, authentic yacht-style portals were incorporated into the upper section, introducing a unique, high-end detail that sets this piece apart.
The wet bar area off the kitchen was refurbished with LED lighting, glass shelving and shallow accent shelf added.
